Mutilation Is Causing Problems

My mutilation is hard due to psychological problems. Please help me.

Dear surendran,

I can see where this would be very difficult, as you have issues that are bothering you, and they are presenting themselves in harm to your body, as well.

By the reference to "my mutilation," it seems clear that you are aware that this is an issue and is causing you difficulties. You are also aware that the mutilation is not a symptom of itself, but, as you put it yourself, it is a symptom of a psychological problem or problems.

As a result, it is difficult to address the mutilation issue and bodily harm without addressing the psychological issue (or issues) that is causing these actions of mutilation.

It seems as if possibly you have met with a psychologist or have done some studies yourself, to realize that you need help. You really need to continue to work on these issues by hooking up with a psychologist and working through these issues one step at a time, even if it is a slow process. There is no instant answer to rid yourself of mutilation actions. You may be able to stop it for an hour, a day, several days, months, but until you can work through the underlying issues, while simultaneously working at coping skills that you can apply right away, it will continue to haunt you from right around the corner.

Let's dig, dig deep, to find the issue that needs resolution and let's start resolving, shall we?

hugs,
Deborah E
